Transform, our pc based software, customizes your forms and manages the MICR encoding functions. While competing programs require you to import print jobs for secondary processing, Transform installs all necessary templates in accordance with your software requirements. All you need to do is operate the host software as normal and select the installed Transform printer. Our software analyzes the output source document, automatically selects a discreet template and prints directly to the intended form.

OneWay Self-Mailer - This product is designed for generic one-page letters, invoices, statements or future checks.  The form includes a fully integrated envelope. The software prints the output document and addresses the envelope at the same time. As with all our products, no machines are required to fold and seal. Our Lift, Fold and SealTM process makes it easy—simply lift the page facing the envelope, fold the document along pre-engineered lines, then seal it.

TwoWay Self-Mailer - This product is designed for invoices and statements that use return envelopes. The software addresses the return envelope, the remittance stub and the statement in the same printer pass. The exposed windowed envelope handles the addressing, yielding a professional 8.5” x 5.5” mailpiece.

Self-Mailer Check - This single-check, single-voucher mailer conforms to all required check-printing regulations. To fold and seal, simply remove the one-piece strip and perform a Z-type fold along pre-engineered lines. Access to the check is equally simple: tear along instructed perforations to open the envelope and pull out the separate check and voucher stub.
